if suspect someone of cheating send a BB-mail to one of the BBs.

Please don't. I you suspect someone of cheating, use the Report Cheaters link in the Tools menu on the left part of the site. That will create a ticket that allows the next available staff member to investigate. It is much more effective than bb-mailing one of the BBs directly.
