I don't need to get advices from nOObs and your advice it is not that good really. Outside shooting training is not a good option usually.

Frankly speaking, yours is not much better really. Either way, being hostile to other users is not necessary.

depending how you train your players ;)

I liked outside shooting training, but i usually make it one Position on two positions you are often right.

I could simply write don't reply to me. And I should write it you really, no need to track down my post just to patronizing. If you can't take it other than personal then just ignore me. Please.

I'm doing fine for my expectations:) I was referring to not reply to me thing - he should answer to the original asker not me - it is just that people forgetting this to often today.

I think it is not that effective. It is one of the slower trainings, even the secondaries are not that that speedy and more importantly you can live with it. If you get a prospect with respectable jump range great, but I wouldn't bother to train it up if he has lower level of the skill. There are other skills good to train so you can live with just secondaries from jump shot training. Of course if you want to build a Sonics like team (the one with Radamnovic, Allen, Lewis,...) you would need it. I guess it is not a secret as anyone can see from my team stats that I'm not going that way. Well, you don't have to score a single trey to win a game:)

On the other hand I think you guys are underestimating Handling a bit. For both guard posts mainly PG of course.

Believe it or not, one of the tasks related to moderating the forums is reading every single new post in them. So there is no need to feel special here -- you are treated exactly as any other of the 40,000+ users (or at least that part of them that write in the forums).

This being said, telling other forum users that "you don't need their advice" just because they forgot to change a field to Everybody is not an acceptable form of communication. Even more so from a member of the BB staff.

I would be happy to ignore you as soon as you start behaving in a proper manner. It's not like my idea of a good pastime is chasing users around the BB forums.

Feel free to be an example.

Fred: Maybe it is not his stats but the caliber of opponents he is guarded with? Or experience? Or game shape?

I certainly would train JR and Handling and FT if I were you, but don't screw up your training program.

you made a new start over?

I would say jr is not the first priority to train but you should do it after a while, and with single position training you could also push JS in a good way with it ;) because raise low skills is more usefull then push high skill, especially if the y work together.

Was the not reply to you, meant to "kozlo" or me, because i reply to your post and i believe discussion are also important because we all don't have hard facts just some"ideas" and discussions start with direct exchange of arguments.

Experience is pitiful.
but the caliber of the opponents was pretty much the same last season and it wasn't very good. His game shape was usually between proficient and strong.

I don't know, maybe I'll just sell him and get a more balanced player. Might have better results.
