I don't agree with the existence of "major salary cap differences" to boot. To me, most of this comes as a result of the fact that SFs are pumped in JS like crazy, which obviously means a significant slowdown if you continue to attempt to pump up the JS -- and this slowdown is _not_ caused by the player being capped.
