can this be a fixed switch?

Joe quit NT, Revo takes his place
Sum quit U-21, Joe gets U21 (in case he succeeds to get enough votes
possible next step: Revo leaves NT to Sum.
result: Joe and Sum switched places...

haha,

lol, just to inform you. at this current moment, i sitll have time for LA, and NT team both, so i intend on being a candidate for the NT elections in season 15, ofcourse, in the end, it's up to the Belgian Community to vote for the U21/NT coach, so i guess that it will all depend on how well those who get elected do their job. before, we had 40 votes. the outcome was predictable. last NT election, their were 121 votes. Assuming they'll all vote again, then their might be a real election with a real debate, if you get 2 (or more) decent candidates that is.

i was pretty shocked when i saw last election result. (shocked in a positive way) it seemed to show that people were interested in the U21/NT from their community. let's see if the ammount of people voting for the NT was just a rare coincidence of alot of new users, or if the community really is starting to root for their national teams ( i hope it's the later one, cause both NT and U21 staff and their coaches put alot of time in following the players and helping out people)

:)

I was just speculating. I thought you quit the NT because you didn't have enough time anymore, or you lost interest. So seeing you will come back was surprising to me (but a good surprize !!). Somehow my mind then created the idea Sum would get back too, and since you will then have the U21, that would be the NT.

To me it doesn't matter who runs which, as long as it is, like everyone says, a motivated manager, who knows what needs to be done.

I fully understand what you mean by people not knowing.
I've seen such run for the election, and we had a few.
I think the most convincing way to show I do understand what it's about, is by telling that I never put myself as candidate for it, and I had a good reason. ;) (if I didn't know, I'd put myself candidate and am prety sure I would have been elected too, back in that time. Looking back, it probably even would have been better, but okay, that's not the point here. ;) )

I don't want to be the next NT coach, I don't like the NT because it's a race not against the time but against the money. I don't like to play against center who are collosal in each skills, the U-21 team is a challenge because each year you have to be competitive and you change your team :)

(now if next season revo don't want to continue and if there is no manager whith enough talent I'll be candidate for the interim but that's an other story and Revo is still motivated :) )

We can imagine that my week is cut in 21 parts (morning - afternoon - evening during 7 days); 10 parts are for my job, 3 for the basketball 3 for my job as referee, that's too much for me to add the U-21 team when you know that I've a grilfriend, friends, etc ^^

We all have the same problem I think. I sure want to run for U-21 but I simply dont have the time. I can hardly manage my own team. Joe and Revo are probably the only capable people with enough time...

Why the U21 team is so strong this season? Because almost all the current roster was followed by only Sum and Angi!!! They have acquiered a big experence in the monitoring of youg players, and now the result is visible. During the past seasons, many players were lost because they were not well-followed. We had tried very often to include new managers in the staff, but it was a fiasco almost every time (except Revo of course).

This is too much laudation... as I'm only responsible for a small part of scouting and folow-up of promising youngsters. However, what I'm proud of is that we succeeded in making some new managers realise they had a pearl in their team, whatever they afterwards decided to do: training, not training and selling to give them their chance! We surely wouldn't stand where we are if we hadn't had these motivated managers....

And idd, I won't be candidate as I'm afraid to lack extra time (and even not to be able to login during 2 or 3 weeks in november and march due to holidays!)
