So I would indeed also get his passing and JR up by 2 levels first, then his blocking up 2 or 3 levels, and then continue with all insides +1 every time.

But because you where talking about passing and JR first, I though you might be targetting an SF, as it will already require out of position playing.

I have two other players to train, a SG and a SF. They don't need block shot, that's why I prefer make the minimum for that skill ;)

Yeah I know, there will be some trainings out of position (like this week if all happens well). But I hope not too much ;)

i wish he would train SB too.

But to be honnest, the training schedule that Joe intends to follow, isn't one to take likely. Freire will improve quite alot. And that means one players less on the SF spot to compete with Sammy Bekaert (tho Sammy still has a long way to go) :P

oh, but he will get there.

I calculated that before he gets 25 years old, he can reach 10+ on every skill.

I'm still deciding wheter to take him to 10+ on each skil, or just stick with 9+... one period I think 9 is enough for passing and handling, and block.
then , an other period I think I should make him 10 at those too...

At this time, I'm going for the 10+. But it can change again.
In the end, his JS, and both defenses are the most important.

For now, his goal is to get 8+ on each skill, but because he's playing U21, I first focus on his major skills as long as the season lasts, JS and both defenses, in order to make him improve in those as long as he can play for his country.
Once I start focussing on the 8+ goal, I should have reached it in about half a season, so that will be somewhere near all star break next season.

JS 10 JR 10
OD 10 HA 10
DR 10 PA 10
IS 10 ID 10
RB 10 SB 10

player? Or am i missing something? (please tell me you'll do more JS, IS, ID, OD and RB that just that)

when I post 10+ that means the lowest skills will be 10, but offcourse there will be skills that are higher as well.

IS is not too important for a balanced SF. When you want to play nothing but inside tactics, yes, then you can focus on Is, but if you want a balanced SF, which can play any tactic equally well, JS is the main attacking skill.

My goal for a 10+ SF will be:

JS 15 JR10
OD 14 HA 10
DR 12 PA 10
IS 11 ID 14
REB 13 BL 10

With Sammy this will be impssible, because if I want to get his Driving to 12, his handling will go to 12 at least as well, maybe even higher, so he might end up getting 11 driv and handling instead.
The other numbers should be possible.
I'm not sure about his cap, but after he reached these skills, I wil first increase JS by 1, then both defenses by 1, then all others except HA and PA by 1, which will surely make him reach his cap I suppose.

Are you sure what you want to do is even possible? i mean, i'd love to have such an SF in the NT. But i've trained nearly non stop, and not even Otto is that strong inside... (i'd probably need another 2 seasons to get him anywhere near that inside...)

it will be interesting to see if you can get to that lvl. But to make such an SF, i think you should start with a lvl 7 trainer from the start ( meaning, from his 18y old day's...) i just don't see it happening with a lvl 5 trainer... (mind you, i got a lvl 6 trainer for Otto)

well, I'm not sure how much training will decrease with each year he will age, but if he doesn't reach his cap, I sure think it's possible.

I have a level 6 trainer btw.

We'll see how far we get. the 10+ will surely be possible, if he finishes at both defense 12 or 13, then so be it, but, as you might have already noticed, I do like to put my goals high.

Yes, we are a little 'out of balance 'this season.
And when we have an injurie it's always our best player who is out for two weeks... (last season...this season)
We have plans for the future...but it's hard right now...
Even the calendar is working against us (financial and competitive...together with cheaters ('True team' damaged our plans so badly)
and teams who became bot teams two days after they beat us in the cup.
