Did you ever considered training might be not profitable on different levels?
Currently there are only 10* bids with value over 1,5 mln.

* Update one of those 11 bids is that (18958124)

Well, a lot of people who train players don't read the forums and don't analyze the box scores too much, so they don't know about importance of secondaries. And that's on U21 coaches IMO. In three seasons of my U21 stint, there wasn't one C who didn't have at least 2-3 weeks of 1 on 1 for forwards.

My approach...I like buying tall SGs or short centers, like this one (27359142). To be honest, he already has 62 SP, so he's a complete player...but I don't need to spend much time on his RB or ID, for example.

Actually I know of some folks that have worked off just primary training with trainees that already had secondaries in place...basically pick your position, say PG. Find PGs that got their offence and their defence and high IS/ID/SB....but just have low PA or OD...that would be a great player (if you could find 2~3) to just plug in to 48 minutes at PG. You could do that for a season/half season...by the time you get to the playoffs etc. then you could have those OD/PA stats upped a bit...and also they are gonna have much more skill compared to the salary, for that stretch atleast.....

At least for big men, one good way to find the secondary type trainees pretty quickly is to set up a search for players with the right height and potential and best position listed as PG, and then you can set the skill search to whatever specific minimums you require. And if they're a level or two lower in their primary skills than the typical trainees most teams slobber over, it may even be possible to pick them up at a much lower price than they probably should go for.

Linking to TL players? You should know that one by now...

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.
