There was already transfer with >140TSP player, so it is possible. He had even lower salary. I'd even say it is possible to make 150TSP player.

135k salary SF, 141 TSP, not sure if possible.
JS 14 JR 14
OD 17 HA 13
DR 14 PA 14
IS 14 ID 15
RB 12 SB 14

Probably not possible. You would have to have a 198-201 cm tall player and perfect starting skills, especially the slow ones (OD, JR and ID). 141 TSP is a lot, but easily reachable by training lots of 1 on 1 (HA+DR alone give you 40 skill points). However, 141 TSP with only DR+HA=27...very tough.

Possible, and in my opinions the worst height that can be is 6'6 since at that heigh everything trains slow, for comparision i been training 3seasons guard skills and now third season big skills on 2players one 6'8 another 6'10 guess what? the smaller one trains very very maybe 30percent slower in big skills, while i havent noticed any impact, while training guard skills, they used to get 10-11skillpops per season guards position both. 8pops per season on js, thats how many did my 6'10 guy at age 19got:D Also i managed to get 6and 7 passing pops per season on these trainees. so i bet js and pa is barelly affected by the theight . Maybe id shot for that kind of player at heigh to like 6'11, guards skills first then bigs, would leave passing for later some js too. So first thing which i would do id, grab big guy, train driving first season, then JR, OD then focus on passing, would leavbe js where it is untrained possibly at 10or so at that time, then focus on big skills exclusively and only to trim that player at his age 28or so then would train js and at age 30 i would had that king of a player.

Players with so many skills are eye candies, but in reality they give you less than you expect to. They could be dominant, but only in neutral offenses, (Base Offense, Patient, PTB). Both inside and outside tactics have bonuses and penalties that should be taken into our advantage:

For example, a 16 JS/11 JR in LI or LP will struggle if encountered by a 17 OD because of the penalty this offense has. So, why pay so much salary to have such players? On the contrary, a big guy in a team playing Motion or R&G why should have big IS in expense of JS/JR? He won't have so many inside shots and he won't be cheap at all to have him in your roster.

Right now, I'm building two special players, one PG and one SG. When completed the PG will be like this:

9 1
18 16
18 15
12 12
2 5

Salary: 64.000$ and potential needed only 7 (perennial all-star).

My SG will be like this:

11 1
19 16
20 13
13 12
5 4

Salary: 60.000$ and potential needed again only 7.

They will be both great defenders, they won't take so many shots because of their low JS/JR and high PA and they will score almost always in the rim either by driving layups or inside shots assuming my team has high PA in all players.

Apparently they won't be 10 million dollars players but if my theory is correct they will be extremely useful in my team (playing inside tactics, of course).

I personally dont think there is a such thing as a $10,000,000 player , I believe that there is only a PERSON willing to pay that much for a player that may be young with +10 potential or maybe a 18yr 7k player that is extremely rare with 8 or higher potential.

But if I were to ever spend $10,000,000 ona player he would have to look like one of these 3 options

Player 1

Age: 18
Salary: 7k
Height: 7'1 or above
Potential: 8 or above
averages 1 foul per game

Skills:

JS 7 JR 7
OD 7 HA 6
DR 6 PA 7
IS 8 ID 8
RB 8 SB 8

Player 2:

Age: 22
Salary: I cant estimate
Height:6'8 or above
potential: 8 or above
averages 2 or less fouls per game

Skills:

JS 20 JR 17
OD 20 HA 16
DR 16 PA 14
IS 19 ID 19
RB 14 SB 14

Player 3:

Age: 27
Salary: Over 500k ( I know I couldnt sustain that salary but .. )
Height: 5'11
Potential: 9 0r above
1 foul per game

Skills:

JS 20 JR 20
OD 20 HA 20
DR 20 PA 20
IS 10 ID 16
RB 10 SB 11
