The first one you cannot spend on both, you have to make a choice. Same for the second one.

Can we just go with the "find a way to improve your team and your arena" or do we really have to choose the "Spend every dollar on players" vs. "Spend every dollar on arena" debate which nobody seems to be advocating but mostly everyone seems to be arguing against?
