From the Greek forum, some suggestions that i like:
Supporter: Considering that we have several young players on the game, maybe its a good idea to split the money for buying it for like 2€ per 2 weeks using the cell phone. Its easier that way with the youngsters to buy it.
Advertising: Since we all know that even if they dont advertising the players in public, those talks are all around through private mails. Why dont make it legal? Also an other type of ad. I need C, and i am giving PG for example.
The 5th place: Maybe something should change here since no income from the P.O. (that one you can say, that your gain is the safety).
Cup games income: In cup games in Europe the income is split 70%-30%. Since the lower div teams have very poor income in general, why not giving them some income when they play in the cup? Helping the gap to be smaller.
Arena:Why not have the chance to have a logo for our arena? Understandable that it will be very slow to load with 3 logos, the main page, but it can be showing on the arena page.
New players: Why not have the chance to give to a new players (draft) names that we want? I can understand the abuse of it, so lets say 1 team will be allowed to give a name every 2-3 seasons for example, and only 1.

This is a painfull topic. The problem with forums was that it was near impossible to moderate them all. The ad system (sorry if I hurt feelings) realy sucks and I even forgot it even existed since it's so user-unfriendly, and so low on valuable info that it might better be eliminated al together. What do I suggest then? I think creating an extra forum, solely for advertising (just like we have bugs bugs bugs to report bugs) could do. Rules for the forum? same as any other forum. No extra rules, just make it impossible to post more then 1 post every 3 days, no editting possible (is this realistic programming-wise?).
Since users will only get to post 1 post each 3 days it is likely they'll don't waste it on garbage, so moderating should not be needed.
It might go wrong, I know, but I still feel it will be better then the system we now have...

I know the BBs feel this is the way they want it to be. You "buy" a safe spot in the league. Yet with increasing salaries this is not only hurtfull for managers, it also widens the gap between the top 4 and the 5th team in the conference. Maybe this can be solved by cutting wages in half for that week for 5th placed teams, since they don't have to play an important game in that week... It prevents managers from gaining money ending 5th, yet it doesn't hurt as much if you have players with high wages to reach the top, and then having to pay the heavy wages without the players even performing.
