while they have less expenses to fight in their counry, giving them room to train their own player
Who said you can't train your only player? Who is stopping you?

Being near the cap, when you train some players their wages rise season after season, and you go over the cap and you have to sell some other player,if you can't have higher incomes by the promotion(but only one team promotes). So you can't train player with the highest potential because you can't sustain their growth during the seasons, while you still have room to grow player with higher potentials

buying players on the market whithout be forced to temporarily weaken their team
What do you mean by this?

We have not weekly cash flow,so if we want to have money to use on the market we have to sell some strong player of our team.Selling a strong player, your team became weaker, till you don't buy another player, right?During the time you need to replace your player, with a weaker team, you have an higher risk to lose game.If you lose game, you then lose incomes from arena. You have not to do this, because you have weekly cash flow. That is the difference in the market, and you can't say that this is not true

so,ut's fair that we still continue to be disadvantaged on the amerket?what we should do,wait other 30 seasonsk?
I don't see why you need more players though? If you don't make enough to buy the player, how do you support the salary?

You want to buy talent???????????????????????????????????then sell some of your existing players and you will able to...
Also salaries management is most important thing in your case nothing else will help it starts with YOU,obviously there are other variables that you mentioned but it doesnt change the fact that guy with 100k less salaries has same record...

If he wants young talent,he has to sell his veterans(losing in talent in the short-term) and then he can't train his young guys properly, because a 18 yo can't hold his own against his competition..

If you want young talent, you just buy it(since you can make 100k/week) and you can easily train it because your division sucks..

Can you know see his point?

I want what all men want...I just want it more.

Now responce to every team who keeps janking the "I can't buy this and small country club can steal that" chain. I'm trying to explain this now with something anyone mature enough can relate to: The difference between Italian and Australian III division team is like two people doing the same job and getting payed the same money for it. The first one has leased a house, an expencive car, a computer, tv + anything you can imagine that can be leased. In other words he has maxed his credit limit. The other guy does fine driving some medium class car and living with his mother. Basically keeping his expences into minimal while still living a good life. You can take the tv contract and the merc as a work quality bonus. See how you can't just give the first guy extra because he is spending more. If he wants to buy another car for his daughter for example he will have to sell something or show enough quality to get a better job (win the league and promote).

Are they doing the same job?
Your "job" is to be the best possible manager and to have the stronger team possible,so how you can say that the Italian and the Australian team are doing the same job?
Italian team is doing a far better job,in an harder competitive situation, and is paid with the same money of the Australian team.Your example explains in a perfect way what's wrong in the economy

"he" can just buy it because he has no talent on his roster and makes that money..also economy has nothing to do with training plans so please dont start talking about that

Training plans are strictly related to economy,if you don't understand it,you don't understand nothing of BB.

The so called "problem" is mostly a cultural one, i.e., Spanish and Italian players are just much better and more dedicated to the game than the rest of the BB user base.

Now im online trying to get a scrimmage so I thought I'd have a read and I have to say that this sentence might need to be corrected slightly.

It doesn't matter what rules are made, Italy and Spain are tough because the managers are good and enjoy playing the game.

This ones almost there - just needs a tweak and you can combine the 2 sentences nicely into 1!

It doesn't matter what rules are made, Italy and Spain are tough because the managers have to enjoy playing the game a different way.
