wait.. this is price right?.. .I was wondering about training. It said on the rules that the training gets drastically slowed.

Yeah thats the estimated wage soft cap according to potential. Training slows when it gets near those levels.

The higher potential will mean a player can obviously get to higher levels but MVP potential players are rare and the good ones cost a lot of money which will be out of your range probably. I think up to potential all star would be affordable and you could train them up to a decent level. You can still get a lot of training done on the players at that level before the training slows down.

ahh.... I understand now. That is quite high a wage, so I guess I need not worry about that until my players become much better (in seasons to come). Right now, Allstar/Star will be good enough to pick up on the TM and train. Thank you both.

Wow this is by far the best players I have ever seen on a startup team. It is so random.

One of my friends just started and his best trainee was like 18 p all star 3k. Value about 50k.

Either of those guys would sell right now for 1/2 a million at least. Why not sell one get 2 average trainees, a great trainer and some top big men? Your team would be instantly good!

I guess i got lucky to get 2 very good players when starting out. I thought about selling either or both of them to get lots $$ and buy a great team, but thought it would be more fun to train them myself. My team is pretty bad at the moment, hopefully i get a good / great draft pick at the end of the season who i can sell to get some decent big men cause my current ones are horrible.

Yeah everyone usually starts with with a bad team and has to gradually develop it. The bonus for u is that u don't have to outlay money for a bunch of trainees. Which means u can spend all the money u do get on getting better big guys.

I won my first televised road game. How important is this to the fan survey? How will it affect my team in the next game considering I used 'crunch time'. Their enthusiasm level dropped from 5 to 2. There are 3 more days till my next game. Is there a chance that my enthusiasm will improve before then?

oops welcome to noob mistake no 1

dont worry we all made them i was doing 3 pos training for ages thought it was obviously better to train 3 positions than 1 or 2

crunch time needs to be used very sparingly cause while it may win you one it may cost you two

i would only use it if you utterly need to win a game for some reason or if you have a couple of really easy matches coming up especially against bots

if you have two nt potential players your main job is to get a lev 5+ trainer asap and get training

make sure they get 48+ mins a week and just do one position

i read somewhere that of you do that their salary will go up by about 10k each and you can look on the transfer market to see how much that will make them worth

oh yeah winning the tv game will help a tiny bit but def not worth crunch time

dropping that enthusiasm will hurt a lot you will regain nothing before the game but i think it goes 1-2 back towards normal each game

you could just throw the next game and take it easy to recover faster
