The PG's OD kills him even before training can start. The HOF Center is a good training prospect for the NT. Yes, I said NT and not U21, though he might be decent in the U21s. That 19 yr old starting age dampens his chances in the U21s. If he was 18, he'd be an absolute beast.

If I may suggest, train that HOF Center with single position training and at least a lvl 5 (Superior) coach, and you'll have a monster in about 4 seasons.

he can not support the wage after 4 season.....

He can be sold anytime after the third season for good income. All in all, it's a sure win situation.
