nobody knows all the rules. Every now and then, a GM has to recheck the rules. Those manuals sometimes need new translations, which means they've been modified in some way. GM's don't read the game manual each season or so. However, we do check it when we are in doubt. I doubted it, so i wanted to check up on it.
And just to be clear, i've asked for it to be mentioned in the manual, that way the discussion will be over and once it's in the manual, all confusion about what is allowed, will be gone. The rules posted on the forum rules ( the sticky in our belgian community) was a copy of what was written on the GM forum when that question was asked.
And just for the sake of mentioning it, i've also asked for a review of the rule that might include prospects. problem with it tho is that if prospects are included in the advertising then it's going to open up advertising for all high potential drafts each season... So let's give the BB's the time to check up on the rule and re-evaluate it, after which they'll add it to the game manual. Once it's written their, it's clear for anyone and all GM's, LA's and Mods will be able to intervene accordingly.
last few things:
@ Joe: while GM-Arsji was U21 coach, i assumed he knew what he could and could not do, so i didn't check it either ( my bad). i've send Arsji a mail with a reminder and a reference to the topic where it was discussed and all posts were taken away. GM's are only humans, they make mistakes aswell ( that is why their is an appeal system). Arjsi had probably forgotten about it, and let's leave it at that.
@ Laurens: nobody is blaming you. I didn't issue a formal warning, since i doubt it was required ( and it's hard to issue one if that part ain't mentioned in teh game manual or on the forum prior to when i posted it in the sticky), so no harm done.
Now that those things were mentioned, i suggest we end the discussion here and now., let's end this discussion here and now. This topic is supposed to go about U21/NT information, and we've got several posts about GM's decisions/rules here.

Now to get back on topic: as you all know, their is a french 2-3 monthly little magazine that comes out concerning BB (name: Buzzerbeater echo). Usually, Sum did the resume about the U21 and NT ( aswell as BBBL) for it, however, i think he's forgotten about it ( come to think of it, i haven't heard anything from him for a long long while, snif)
If their is anyone willing to take up that task of writting something about U21/NT for that 'magazine', please let me know. Qualifications that are needed are:
*) you need to be fluent in french writting
*) you need to have a sence of humor and some creativity aswell
that way, we can keep atleast some news from the belgian community about it in that magazine ( and that said, Sum was a genius when it came to creatitivy. I enjoyed many of his articles). So if someone would want to do that, it would be great to see them come forth.
