Well you might claim that you're right and he's wrong because you are more experienced and you're in your 1st season as NT manager. But now you're against me, a manager who's played BB since season 3 and have been U21 manager up to now starting from the season before you joined BB?

Well, actually you might want to reflect for a moment on yourself. You are so old in the game, and still have a world ranking worse than most managers that joined the game at least 5 seasons after you. The only explanation for this, is that you are a total newbie. Sorry I can't think of any other reason.

Oh, and the bold part that you quoted me, was actually meant to be irony. You failed big time in your post Terfo.

What a great idea! Let's judge about persons knowledge by his world ranking! Just marvelous.

No not really. I didn't even say that. What I actually said is that, there must be a reason why someone doesn't improve over the years (Tertu case). Can you help me finding that reason?

Oh and you judge that he doesn't improve because of his WR? It changes so often.. So it means whenever he rises in the ranking his knowledge improved and vice versa? C'mon, everyone improves in time, the players of this game are always getting better and if you keep your position at the highest level (1st league) it means you're improving. Otherwise somebody would overtake you.

Could you confirm if there's any chemistry on BB? Or, in terms of team's play, it won't mean anything having two players who'd been together a year or have the first game together?!?!?

i am no veteran like others, but i consider myself a very hard-working student of the game. That being said, it has never been mentioned that team chemistry exist, no BB has talked about it. There is such a "arena attendance" bonus for when you have players of your nationality on your team, and also local players(draftees).

About experience. It is a huge factor, and in my opinion it is comparable to how GS affects everything. From what I've seen in key situations the most experienced people take control of the game(attempt shots or make great assists) and have a high success rate. Of course, there are numerous factors to be taken in account

I can't confirm it, because I'm not a BB, but I seriously doubt there's a chemistry factor involved. I think the enthusiasm factor does enough for the game and if we think about it, it could be interpreted as team chemistry, as it dictates how well the team will play. But I don't believe that two players who've played together for a couple of seasons are any different than two other identical players who happen to be playing their first game toghether. That's my two cents.

Agree with this.

I asked this multiple seasons ago. There's no chemistry factor or hidden skill or whatever.

However, it would be a cool addition though.

Dont think there is a team chemistry factor or whatever but whenever you get a new player to play in your team... even with great GS, he would suck so maybe just my luck?
