players pay money for doctor who makes your injury shorter (but you don`t see that, cause with lower lvl doctor you would get injuries more often and for longer periods) and all this is really realistic...

P.S. no more off-topic...

Completely disagree. It should be possible for users to pay more and have their players heal faster. Players should not be out for 40% of the season.

Too much realism and not enough gameplay.

You still can. Except all the extra healing happens at the moment the injury occurs. Want to pay more? Hire a level 10 doctor.

Plus, the season is 14 weeks long. 5-week injuries are extremely rare right now, and 6-week injuries are not possible (40% of 14 is about 5.5).

if an injury of 1 player makes you lose many games, then there is something wrong in your team. (just like mine lol). Can't blame the injury system for that.

Let me guess: that happened before the All-Star break.

Injuries can no longer be more than 5 weeks, something I am sure you realize too.

By the way, being prepared to deal with injuries is part of the skills you need to manage your roster. Suck it up.

They add to the game play in a way that i'm pretty happy when I see my opponent's keyplayer is injured when I've got to play him.

The BBs have stated that one of the intended effect of injuries on gameplay is spreading training around a little bit.

Additionally, it gives you strategic options: whether to buy the best starters you can afford, invest in a doctor and pray you make it through the season, or buy somewhat weaker players but go 10 or 12 deep. Either of these is a viable strategy, and that's one thing injuries add to game play.

Plus, we're running in circles here. You're already 'healing' injuries faster by having a high-level doctor on staff. I am interested what the longest injury is post-ASB with a level 10 doctor. I am going to go out on a limb and suggest that it is 4 weeks, at most.
