Will be doing a season of stamina and ft training on McNair and Inclimona in D2.
Can’t waste a season of training on him. Also hoping to have some funds for a run if I should be lucky enough to get back into D1 after next season.

I think the new staff for training U19 really hurt folks who had been training youth before it came in. I really wish they'd given more notice on that.

I think the impact of new staff is absolutely minimal. Maybe 2-3 pops in total. At least that is my guess. They would be stupid to make it higher than that seeing that some players already hit 145-150TSP
