nice. But I don't think he'll make it in U21 since he's already 19 years old. But he probably will make it to NT. So 1 thing I'd do is get the JS up to prolific.
Get his OD to tremendous
Get the driving to prolific
Handling pretty good.
Get JR to prominent
Passing, OUCH, train that first and get it to strong.
Then in secondaries, get ID to 9-proficent
Get rebounding to strong.
Shot Blocking; get that to respectable


After that it's pretty good. So after this it's your choice.

Make a SF! He is perfect for a balanced SF or an outside SF. Make sure OD and ID are both AT LEAST 12. Then you can basically mould him the way you want. I personally would not pump too much JR. I tnk he can be a very good balanced SF, its too early in the morning for me to do any type of training plan for you, but a goal of:

14/9/14/12/12/10 - 12/13/11/4 - 5/1

would make for a great player and you can take him further anywhere due to his potential!

Well if u stay in 4th division wages will become a factor. But if u get into higher divisions u will be earning more income so can afford players with higher wages.

Yes, at about their 21 year old season, you'll likely either have to promote or sell due to wages. You have some time though.
