I think you're right, I shouldn't totally hurt my team. I understand all the benefits from having your player on U21 and NT teams, but still... I don't want them there. However, after I get the rookie's FT bearable for a shooting guard, I'll continue with regular training.

GM, sorry for the spam, thank you all for your advice. You've been really helpful.

Yes. I don't have the numbers handy at the moment, but be sure that if you train your players using Team training it will be very slow. The more positions I would advice to train at once is two.

I have lived in the faith that IS and ID also gives some RB side effect, is that not the fact? Is it really so that no other training than RB gives any RB whatsoever??

I wanted to report my 22y old, 6'0" / 183 cm PG popped in two consecutive weeks in OD. In between those weeks he received JR training (in which he also popped in two consecutive weeks) and maybe 10% of that JR training went into OD. Btw, OD is the highest of guard skills (1-2 above all the rest and 9 above JR). One position training, trainer level 6. It seems like height plays even bigger role then i thought. So for training PG or SG, I guess it's better to find a 4,5k and 183cm guard than 6k and 193 cm guard. The first will train so much faster than second one that will surpass him in 2-3 seasons. And then the gap will continue to grow.
