ok.. so if I am training 1 position and one trainee only plays 46 mins coz he fouled out.. would you keep the training at 1 position or change it to 2 positions - trainee has played more than 48 in the 2 positions.
Is the 46 minutes on 1 position training less than 48+ on 2 position training??

I'd probably stick with 1 position training, unless you have like 4 or 5 guys that qualify for 2 position training and you want them all trained.

I'd change to 2 pos training. But then again, I'm a bit fussy about always getting my trainees full minutes. 2 pos JS or One on One are the only 2 pos ones I train.

glad I stuck with the 1 position training. Brazier (only 46 mins) popped in ID as did my 18 year old...

I trained guards one-on-one with 3 guys getting 48+ mins and 3 getting exactly 42 mins which wasn't ideal, but it turned out to be one of my best training weeks ever!
9 pops between all of the 6 guys including my new 29yr old back up SF popping in JS which was Very nice to see :)
