yeah, best team page has never worked for me. Though it works for one of my friends that's also in the same division/conference as me.

I'm working on it. I hope that it will be solved in next version. It depends of windows date setting, I suppose.

I had a little problem with BC. Could U read my tread (151793.4) and (151793.6). I didnt get any answer in my problem...

Have you download data after each match? One time that week at least?
Select that player in training tab and see minutes in bottom right table. Send me a screenshot.

I downloaded Date on Tuesday and next time on Saturday. My SG played 48 min on Thursday. I will send U a screen shot but in the evening. What email address U have? U mean BC email??

Yes, BC email that appear in "Info" section of the program.

If you didn't downloaded after Thursday match, and before training and week end, that could be the reason because BC don't take care of Thursday minutes. Check if the same happens with all players that played in that match.
And, in any case, what shows BC is not important at all. BB web is the essential, BC is only a external help to sumarize and control.

Hi Gardier.

I have a problem. Under connection it says "Logged in. Correct." But under errors, it say "Error. Connection Login."
I've reinstalled it twice, and i try on my other computer. Nothing.
My username is jay_kraist and my securecode haven't special caracters, i try with the ascii code jay%5Fkraist but i dosen't work.. The problem is the underscore? Can you help me?

I had the same problem not so long ago. I asked Garnier what could be the problem and he answer me:


Perhaps your firewall or security suite is blocking the connection.

you can check that but it was not a problem for me. somehow my access key was deleted. I just went on preferences and want to change access key and put the same key as first time and it worked. don't forget to click on update profile after inserting new access key or old one.
