Unless there is any rule which forbids it you can't expect no one will play on deals (deals are not just TIE-deals).
Sry i count deals and TIE-deals as one. But if i reformulate... i would hope that people do not cheat. I would like deals to be forbidden. And if people are so desperate for a win in an internet game, they even go out of their way to cheat, i feel sorry for them and also hope they will be banned if it is discovered.
However, i said in my post several times that if you ignore the problem with finding cheaters, it would be a better game if we had no deals. Just look at how Hattrick was before the deals came in their NTs.
Unless you use the deals, you are always the 3rd team
Your kinda missing the point here, every deal has a looser. And if its not a broken deal, then its an innocent team. But maby you are right, its perhaps my damn morale and willing to play fair who makes me stubborn in this. I would still like a fair game tho, even if many dont want it. (I get the feeling you wouldnt want a rule against deals even if we can find a way to make sure noone uses it.)
This should cover your 2 next quotes also, i can add: No all deals are perhaps not positive... but almost always it will be a positive thing to agree to a deal, which makes dealhunting a far too important task for a NT-manager, instead of concentrating in being an actual coach.
Now it's pretty fair. Everybody know about the possibility of deals, just some users decided not to use them and threw themselves to disadvantage.
But it would be more fair, right? :)
