because last season he was being trained as a big and was one of the best bigs,(due to GS and other issues) now he is getting all OD and passing training and since Ariyoshi and Tomika have gotten a lot better I don't need him as a reserve big. TBH, he is the third best SF and 4th best PF at the moment. I am guessing you already know this...and you are trying to waste my time....and this wasn't the most important game due to some Hong Kong sabotage. Troll much???

Two reasons.....
1st....Hong Kong gave Malaysia a 50-0 WALK OVER....that is why we are not in the second round

Dear YC, I am not interesting of other teams results and also our team result in current situation. That is not reason for you. I am satisfy your handling U21 about game results. But you are not perfect for U21 and you have weak point. I understand about for controlling trainer is very difficult that is not for you for all the national team coach. But cannot give up and try the best whatever you can do. I am also not perfect and I have difficult to active and weakness in forum communication. I wanna to your improvement. 2nd....YOU!!!!! You sell Kishta((27997783)) and he never pops again, never goes over inept GS again.....so why did you SABOTAGE the U-21? You sell the best SG on the U-21(at the time) to some team who buys him and doesn't log on again. Did you do this just to get back at me for winning the election? Good point bro. If this is my problem. Before I sell him you didnot advice me about training and you didnot communicate with me about anything by BB-mail. You only send me about him for reduce the price and you wanna training him. The time he was already in transfer list and the other ppl bid him. So? I sold out him, I had reason. I still have 2 trainees for Nippon and that time I had 3 trainees include him. My 18 yrs old training didnot play 48mins in the games whatever I try to lineup that time and He is HOF. So I had problem for training 3 of them. Actually you must need to know this situation and you must need to advice me or contact me. But you didnot do anything. You know how i try to train and keep to train your 2guards for you. That time I must need to do somethings for this case. For my thinking I wanna keep 18Yrs talent. And Shinaga, you can't be this naive..He was the starter and I told you OD and passing and he would stay the starter. And why didn't I say anything while you were selling him? BECAUSE I WAS PISSED AT YOU!!!! You put a starting U-21 player on sale for the rest of the WC teams to see his stats.
You sabotaged the U-21 team, just admit it....it's out there for everyone to see.

Hold on a sec - didn't you attempt to sell Kishita TWICE, only succeeding the second time? It was discussed in the forums. He's a 21yo MVP!!! He can't be THAT broken... and if he is - YOU HAD HIM FROM THE BEGINNING! No-one else to blame other than yourself there.

So: minutes... did you have him selected as the only player at his position? Did you have all other positions filled (reserve/back-up as well)?
And have you read the beginner's guides?

Kishita had 14 OD and 9 passing to go with 9 JS and 7 SB and that was 4 trainings ago.....he could have had 15 OD and 10 passing by now.....even as he sits right now, he has the 2nd best OD on the team.

Selling a starter during the WC qualifiers.....Rookie move for sure.

Crazy thing is - the other two trainees (Andou/Mitsukuri) are both PGs. Kishita would be a perfect training partner to them.

Other thing: Shinaga? Focus a bit on their secondaries whilst they're young... it'll get much tougher later, and save you a bit of cash now.

For me it's impossible, that player, who was good enough to play one season earlier, after one season of training (I think by level 6 or 7 trainer) suddenly is too weak to play one season later.

For me decision who should be chosen as 11th and 12th to lineup is more important than decision who should be chosen as 1-5th. Because choice 5 the best players is in most cases obvious and everybody will select the same players, so you can gain extra advantage only thanks more accurate decisions on backups and reserves.

Points difference worse by 49 means that promotion to 2nd round was possible. To do it You needed only 4 more points scored in every game and 4 more points defended.

So I had problem for training 3 of them.

It's impossible to train perfectly 3 different players. I know something about it because I had two players trained for U21 at the same time ((23057724) and (25349935) and 3rd quite good player ((24296653) - with better TSP but with worse potential). However everytime when one of two key prospect lost minutes I had to sacrifice training of 3rd player. I think 3rd player with good training (for PG/SG) had small chance to play in U21 but then number 1 and 2 (trained as bigs) would be wasted.

So Your decision to sell 3rd player was only reasonable decision.

There's a surprise: you trying to create drama.
Either you're clueless, or just trolling. Three point guards is a pretty good set of players to train.

I mean my 18 yrs old didnot play will with 48mins. Because that time he had not enough good skill. I put him line up, back up, and reserved played with SFDC also he didnot play 48mins or other 2trainees also didnot play 48mins may be bcuz of 6PF. By right can train 3 trainees if you want. But difficult to control team stats. I need a balance. I think you understand what I meaning. Thanks for your post.
