He got his JS high ontremendous right? So doesn't the skills that eat up potential are JS and rebounding? He already got tremendous, hopefully that perrenial allstar can still have some po. in it to get some pops. JS it's fine. OD, PA, and HA is what Id worry about for a guard. When I get a guardin 3-4 seasons, I'll target them with high JS already so I won't have to train it as much. Like average is what I'd be shooting for. Anything lower and I'll trash em, unless their MVP and greater po.......

The first one already made his goal by going into the U21, but am going to fulltime train him at least until the end of season 21. The other 2 are going along with the ride of Balke, and will be reviewed after every half of the season to see how they will end up. I have a level 6 trainer.

here is another of my trainees, how far can I take someone like this, I have never had a player with the potential.
I plan2 more seasons outside training. OD and JR with some small amounts of passing, before taking inside. can he be a dominating players?
