Thanks for the info on Shaq...
Prior to this season, he's done pretty well on Howard. But I can definitely use that in a different discussion I'm having!

Game 3:13points,10 reb 4 assist
Game 4:21 points,6 reb 3 assist
Game 5:12 points,12 reb 0 assist
Game 6:17 points,13 reb 9 assist
Game 7:19 points,18 reb 4 assist

First 5 game average:18,8 points 10 reb 2.6 assist
Last 2 games(without perkins) 18 points 15,5 reb 6.5 assist (-0.8pts +5,5 reb +3.9 ast)

And if you see boxscores of the games, each game was won by the team with the most rebounds.

I see your point, I'm just saying the its hardly a guarantee. The Lakers won a couple games against the Celtics earlier in the series when Perkins was playing...so its not inconceivable that they can win a game seven at home.

Perkins miss basically also game 6(he went injured early in game 6 and played only 6 minutes in first quarter),so while it's true that lakers can beat twice boston at home,I would say also that beat twice celtics however it's very difficult, and the fact that gasol had his 1st and 3rd rebounding and 1st and 2nd assist game with perkins out shows that probably in that series perk was a key

Please,stop talikng Bynum
In the key moment of the game, however Jackson would have preferred the Odom-Gasol duo...and however Bynum injuries were known and the same in the series,Perk was healthy the first 5 game and injured in the last two,so it change more for the Celtics than for the lakers

Oh PUH-LEASE!

Perkins. Really? Look, I'm not selling the guy short - but of late people have been acting as if he's the second coming of Wilt.
Bynum is - when healthy - a potential 20/10 guy.
And as you say - he was injured. And as I say, if he were healthy, he impacts the series just as much as Perkins - if not more so.

But the facts are that Celtics's frontline situation change during that series, the lakers's frontline situation was the same for all the games

That's the point,I'm not a Boston fan or a Lakers hater, but this is an objective fact

Pointedly, it's not an objective fact. An objective fact would be that Perkins did indeed get injured, and did not play. Anything else is purely speculative.

Coincidentally, each game was also won by the team that scored the most points.
