Funds are not an issue? Do you want to buy one of my players? ;) Isnt lack of training spot an issue though?

Ok, I will save him then. Might as well instead of having empty roster spot, especially since we are not exactly rich in prospects.

Correct funds are not an issue, I have enough.

Training spots could be an issue but I will move one of my current trainees if needed to save a talented Canadian.

Problem is that your trainees are also on a watchlist :D So Spadaro would be a victim in that case I assume?
Man, I cant wait to get back to training. I just need to find someone in Canada to beat me so I dont get into BBB......

Are the two that I signed up for but relinquished to Shaheed looked after or do I need to follow up with their managers?

I'm trying.

Give me time. I'm only 10-12 players short. Just hang in there for a few more years...

Guys, the only thing I am really missing in those reports I am getting is a level of trainer in teams that have NT prospects.

Great job everyone! keep them pouring in. I am getting better view of what we are working with and I am not thrilled. Kicking myself for introducing that year too late because some of players have already lost a season of training, and seeing 19yo HOF potential player wasted, sucks. We will have minimal room for error, but hoping situation of NT (and U21) will improve with each year since new draftees will be followed from the start.

IMO you can never have enough quality SF's. Being able to move them to other positions also allows for flexibility with tactics. Some of these guys might ultimately be better as PF's or SG'S when they're done too.

Kearin maybe? Might be behind for his age but I thought he was solid. His low stamina makes him look worse than he is.

Kearin's salary looks low because of all the cross training but I high a high level trainer and all my primary training will be geared towards him this season and next. I project he'll be a 100K player at the end of this season and a 160K+ player at the end of his age 26 year. The low stamina does suck but it's not so bad with blank lineup. It hurts more in league play.

Ok guys, I think that after friday's training it is a good time for an update to make sure that training is going smoothly. First months will be crucial. once managers see the benefit of it and that their work is appreciated it should get easier and easier.

I have created an excel file to track progress of those guys. It is quite possible that I have missed some 9reading bb-mail at work and then trying to find it in read messages once I get home, etc.) So it would be awesome if you guys could create your own simple file. All it takes is just record the name of the guys, player id and current skills, and then every couple of weeks just do the same. Then you can see progress, backtrack it, etc. Also, it will make things much more organized for yourselves, as well as for me.

Thanks everyone once more for their work. Really appreciate it! I just see how fun it is to see NT succeeding and want to make sure that generation like the current one will be repeated, and teams in the future will be even stronger (lots of room for improvement)

Guys, how are the updates going? So far I havent received one. Hoping that they will start coming in within next couple of days.
Will be interesting to see how training progresses and whether players (especially youngest ones) give us some hope for the future.

There is couple more things that I need to do to really get this thing going. Will keep you guys posted.
