well that's the thing...in a video game...it's hard to simulate a situation where you get a superstar late in the draft...or you get a dud early in the draft...unless you don't change your draft rankings at all...and you have a 1 star 1 potential F ranked player at the top of your list...

in real life...when a future superstar gets overlooked until the end of the draft...it's not due to lack of information...it's due to the scouts seeing one thing and the player bringing another to the table...

it's when the scouts don't see anything super special in a guy but once he gets to the big show something snaps and he just flourishes...or else...they see a good player who they THINK has a lot of potential and you draft him high...he can't take the heat of the limelight and sizzles...it's not due to the team putting loads of cash into scouting and just not getting enough info...

i think to more acurately portray a draft...have an extra staff member added as a scout...the better the scout...the more reliable the draft rankings...

you got a level 10 scout...he's gonna be costing you an arm and a leg...but if he says this player is a bum with no future...he's a bum with no future...or he tells you this guys future is so bright you need uv protection...you better draft him...

if you got a scout that is only a level 1...and he says that Bob Smith is the hottest thing in sneakers...you go draft him...he turns out to be the biggest flop ever...the only way he can dribble a ball if he has it in his mouth...the last steal he made was from the candy store when he was 4 and he thinks the only way to get a board is when he's building a fence back home on the farm...you should be TOO suprised...

and that's how you get stars going late and crap going early...but having poor scouts...

The link hasnt appeared but the lists are up for many, as stated earlier in this thread. Check Rules>Draft>Edit Draft Order.

This point with the players Age was my thought too about necessary changes.

When BB wants to lean on Realitiy, it should be no problem for a scout to find out the age of the player he scouts at the first scouting.

Nations List:
Canada = 4
China = 5
Turkey = 6
Spain = 7
Germany = 8

Ok, when Spain (the most leagues i think) is before Germany, we have to be patient a little more. I go back to sleep :-)

So id 69 would be somewhere near july :(
