I agree. Even if you are playing a much better team I am sure a 60 point blow where you team did not seem to try hard should upset the fans. I am a Lions fan in NFL (I live near Detroit) and I get pissed when great teams just destroy them. Close games are much easier to deal with though.

If your team was better and played a closer game I am sure that they would have been happier. A huge blowout in any circumstance should upset the fans I would think.

A few suggestions, not knowing if they have been suggested or not before:

Transfer Price Estimate - Try to implement a few skills in the estimation, not only the highest skill, maybe the main skills of that certain position. Maybe link to a list of the last 10-20 trades with current criteria.

Search criteria on Manage My Team-page - Doesn't work for me. I get hits from my saved Search Nr.1 on TL-page, but get no hits on Manage My Team-page. I am a supporter.

Show current players on TL on Bids - Show listed players even if the don't have a bid yet.

Star status - Present on Playerpage how (aprox.) popular he is with the fans, in number of stars, or present it like a skill.

Franchise Player - Naming a player franchiseplayer, getting perks?! Costs? Who can become franchise player?

Stamina training - Separate Staminatraining from other training, set level of staminatraining separately. Maybe use fixed "levels" of training instead of %. Deduct that ammount of training from the "normal" training.

Personal Instructions - You could stop a player from recieving any training (except stamina and FT) to stop increase of skill and foremost salary.

Would probably have to be a supporter feature, but being able to choose what time a transfer listing ends (as long as it's still a minimum of 3 days)? If you listed at 9 am, it couldn't end at 8 am, 7 am. . . But you should be able to let it end at 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm etc.

Not sure if this has been mentioned in this thread before (i've mentioned this in the past in another thread) but here's what i would like to see in BB soon:

The NBA and the entire basketball community is getting crazy about advanced stats!!! BB needs to follow the trend!!! I think it would be greatly beneficial to have various advanced stats for scouting purposes, fun, forum interaction etc.

The advanced stats added to BB can be as simple as:
- offensive and defensive efficiency (points per 100 possessions)
- effective field goal percentage and true shoot percentage
- PER etc.

or as complicated as:
- shot location data (the live viewer clearly shows the shot locations so they can be stored)
- play type data (related to the tactics used and the wording of the play by play data)

What's not to like!!! Some of it should be relatively easily implementable. And it might help managers discover new and interesting ways to play the game.

Re-evaluate the game shape drop?

I bought two players this week, and they improved from 5 and 6 to 7. I haven't checked minutes, but I think one of them even played 80+ minutes.

as i don´t follow this thread regularly, i don´t know if this Suggestion has been made:

I think it would be great if there was an Option/link to a page where you can follow your old teammates. I think that a lot of Players have old teammates which they have sold and would like to follow them- but you can´t put them all in your favourites- especially if you have been playing bb for 15 plus seasons.

Well you can bookmark them. Their player sales and such won't show up in the news but they are easily accessible from there. Or you could also add a quick link to their team in the custom menu.

i´m a lazy guy.... ;-) and i think it isn´t really nice to have 50 plus bookmarks. also a link to their team in the custom menu doesn´t help- they can change pretty quickly.

i would like a page, where i can see all my previous players, maybe their status (active or retired) and their current team.

What about adding top stealers and blockers in your league, instead of only the topscorers, assist and rebound. And how about adding these rankings in the cup ? So you can see the top 20 scorers or so in the cup in your country and the same with assist etc..

Both of these have already been suggested, and I think they're both good suggestions.
