Oh yes definitely, did you read my mind? Lol. Yeah, after the draft i was planning to dump a few people, i actually think though he's worth training, i think he could really be good. But yeah, i was going to wait til next year to train outside defense, but i think i'll do it this year, thanks, i need another defender.

Exactly, if he is gonna cap out at 3 tremendous, then why don't train up the secondaries?

If he trains secondaries:

-Better performance ingame;
-If he wants to sell him, will get way more money, than with those secondaries;
-Can keep him longer because of the salary
AND
-Triple tremendous is not so far ahead, so I would train secondaries If I were him.

Too tall to train JR, but some passing and 1vs1 for Forwards would only improve him, and he would still improve the inside
