Great. thanks for that, Wagner.

So, teams can simply look at the time you have placed in brackets next to their name and make sure every game they schedule is at that time. Easy.

That was (and is) the idea. And yes, it should be easy.

Do you think I should link this post above as part of informative post, or preferably create another one on official thread(s) that has above provided example in it?

I already had this bolded text added in the official information post, in order to make it stand out:

For each team an Official Local Time is provided, which they use when sending PU match invitations. Found (before team name), here: (326590.2).
Use only this time given to your team specifically, and nothing else, when organizing Pickup matches!

Yes, it might be helpful. Any managers unsure how to read all the info really just need to know that:

If they are responsible for organising a PU game, they need to schedule it for the time listed (in brackets) on the schedule page.

A word of WARNING to all managers:

Make sure you set the time correctly regarding am/pm.

Remember, the PU GE uses a 24 clock.

EG.

00:35 would be 12:35am
02:30 would be 2:30am
07:30 would be 7:30am
12:00 would be 12:00pm
14:45 would be 2:45pm
20:30 would be 8:30pm

Attention ALL managers: Before you accept a PU invite, check that they have set the correct time here (326590.2)

I have also sent all my PU invites except for Round 15...

...as T-Lit discovered, it doesn't let us do it that far ahead. It seems that the Round 15 games can be sent sometime next weel.

I edited my information posts, and added "Very important:-note to the beginning which addresses the match time "issue" (it's really not an issue, but as a non-native English speaker I'm sometimes not finding the perfect words).

As a practical example, this is how a challenge sent to me by MrJ looked like in my schedule:

2 Wagner College Swan River Serpents
(puolueeton kenttä) 28.4.2025 14.30.00

Number two is about the number of the challenge on the list (I had one other on the list already), and (puolueeton kenttä) means neutral court.

Like you can see, MrJ used 08.30PM when sending me a match invitation/challenge, but on my end it appears as 14.30, or 02.30PM just like it is supposed to be.

Like MrJ noted, it is very important to take into account, that BB uses 24 hour clock. Check out MrJ's post, just above: (324689.638)

Mmm...you've got me thinking, Wagner.

The PU invite from T-Lit showed 7:30pm. So, maybe he did do it correctly but we got the GM wrong? Afterall, you are saying that it should show 'our local time' in the invite? For me, that is 8:30pm. T-Lit's showed 7:30pm.

???

I followed the instructions set out by wagner. not sure why yours sais 7:30 pm... maybe that the time on your end...

please do not withdraw, i do not want to have to go and redo all these... 1 hour difference is not a big deal.
