Both Asik and Howard will benefit from training together, be good to see them both further develop!

Houston will get outrun most games with two 7 footers on the court at the same time.
They both can't hit a jump shot so teams can just clog the lane and stop Harden from driving effectively.

The Washington Wizards have made significant progress toward completing a five-year, $80 million maximum contract extension for guard John Wall.

Ohh man have the Wizards not learned from the Gilbert Arenas max contract? Wall missed 33 games last season due to injury. Even Steph Curry only got 4 years and 11mil per year from the Warriors.

Is Wall better then Curry?

No, and he never will be. But the difference is the warriors have an young, good, becoming brilliant team, so they can sell it to curry and thompson especially that if you give us a home town discount we can put pieces around you. Winning means endoresments so you can recover some of the money that way.
Washington on the other hand are perennial losers and need to pay whatever it takes to keep the face of their franchise.

The stats for the wizards for before/after wall coming back are quite remarkable though. They were actually a decent team with him on the court.

I think they will surprise a few people this season (barring injuries...)

I think wizards are easily a playoff team next season, if everyone stays healthy. After walls return Washington were doing extremely good. And hopefully Otto porter can help them as well!

Sources say that the Suns are trading Luis Scola for Gerald Green and picks.
This makes Indiana a scary team after having the second worst bench unit last season to one of the best his season. Their bench consists of Mahinmi, Scola, Cj watson, Granger (6th man) and Copeland. Forgive me if I forgot anyone.

Pacers have a good team.

But not one is talking about the Pistons?

Jennings
Billups
Josh Smith
Drummond
Monroe

bench : Stuckey, Villanueva, Jerebko, Kyle Singler.

Why would they??

Jennings : over payed ball hog that is a poor shooter and makes worse decisions than he shoots
Billups : over the hill
Josh Smith : goo dplayer but will be frustrated playing with this team
Drummond : developing but a long way to go
Monroe : see Drummond

bench : Stuckey, Villanueva, Jerebko, Kyle Singler : nothing to see here, move on

I just can't see Smith working at SF, I think if it gets close the trade deadline and Pistons aren't going well, Drummond or Monroe could be gone and Smith moved to PF.

Jennings needs to become a better distributor to help the team make a push up standings. Can't see them making playoffs this season.

Billups will definitely shape the way Jennings plays. Also, Drummond has proven to be very solid, that being said, I know he won't be up there, but he's worthy of a starting spot, only downside is lack of experience. And most likely, Jsmoove, Drummond and Monroe will roate the C/PF spot, and only play Jsmoove at the SF spot about 10 mins a game.
