7 was possible too

Yes, though 18 year olds starting with 7 way back then and becoming star players for club and country should have 15 exp now. Incredibly rare.

I agree with you, GM-CrazyEye.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Yes, experience does matter, just such a small amount that there is no use complaining about it.

personally i think xp is very useful

Is it just feeling or You can show us strong evidence?:) I'm interesting, because I have got the same feeling, but still looking for facts.
So that is why I started on Polish Forum, thread about : How many minutes I need for player to jump in exp. (172328.1)
But without strong proof, that exp can give You something, it is hard to make users help me in it.

can you prove that 2 level of JS helps you, it is always hard when so many factors matters?

I know that my veteran roster performed good, even in the days where theyy was relativ cheap in comparision to the other teams.

Play a slow paced offence where your player doesn't drive much for shots. Princeton is a good one as is patient. Kinda hard to mess wtih your pace and such with X factor considered.

Play the player for 48 minutes every single game without stop. You can train GS or fitness or something to off set it. Bottom line the more minutes the more experience. This makes it hard to win anc play in competitive games of course.

Basically to have expereinced players you have to lose games? -.-"

One of the problems is the almost insignificant difference of exp given between NT games and normal league games. And should Div I league games give more exp than Div V?

i think the nt games are a problem, but div 5 games should give the same like the ones in div 1 if you ask me.

Again I agree with GM-CrazyEye. Shouldn't matter what league a guy is in. And playing more should give you more experience, not having properly managed minutes. As far as NT games go, i don't see why they should give such a big bonus.
