I read on the forums that SB is probably the skill that raises the salary more and doesn't necesarily mean an upgrade according to the money. I'd rather train ID and OD a bit more than SB, and probably it will increase.

thats count mainly for big men, even when i am not sure if it really worthless. I had medium amount of blocking on must of my big, and they still make a fine number of block. And "medium" means to low to match the offensiv skills, and to high to be independent from salary which should be the worst decision you make in shotblocking.

One question here, folks.
I have one guard who kinda looks like a SF player but don't. When he was around 18-19 years old, I used to give him a training what's needed for SF guys, but last seasons because of aims in the league, I couldn't afford him to play as a bigman.
All his guard skills are around 17-14(6 skills total) and his IS 8, REB 9, Shot Blocking 7 and Inside Def 5 by the way he is 24 years old. Question is that, is there any sense at all to try to improve his bigman skills or should I just concentrate on guard skills. Any suggestion ?
At the moment I feel he is most useful as a PG, as he takes around 6.5 rebounds and gives 9 assists per game.
And about what would be minimum bigman skills for him, to consider him as a well-around SF player ?

I appreciate !

Yeah thats him, so potential should be no problem. So I need to work a little with his OD skill, because its not there yet.
But about that more practical story, do you say that I need his Passing 18+ and then looking at lower skills ? I thought that passing is not that important compared to IS,ID,REB and not to mention other guard skills.
Actually I haven't really figured out what do to with him, should I try to make him SF or just keep on improving his guard skills and minority work on bigmen skills.

Appreciate your replay !
