Who is "they"?

When there has been discussion about staff in Global, people have pointed out that it takes about a season for their staff to drop level. With a total of 3 seasons in the game, the evidence is obviously highly anecdotal.

I think it is safe to assume that the real average drop period is not much longer or much shorter than that, but that's just me.


My concern was more that "they" was going to be the BBs when they haven't said that.

For the record, I tend to agree with you.
