u missed the point, if you can sell a top class player for only 4 Mio anymore and you need to pay 4Mio to buy a top class player, how the hell are we supposed to improve our team.

I'm totally agree with this!
But...I think that problem aren't prices. That is just result. Problem is our profit! We have income just from:
- home league games (good)
- TV (too low)
- merchandise (low)
- cup wins (it would be much higher if we could receive money from tickets for that games)

Otherwise we need to pay:
- players salaries (TOO HIGH)
- staff salaries (high...that is just 3 man)
- changing staff
- scouting (and what is result? ...to get one solid player every 3 years - if you are in top lvl league...in low level leagues draft is like Christmas)

Also our number of season ticket Holders is limited (if something isn't changed) and I expect to get just few more STH next season.
We don't have any profit from Scrimmages...

There is so many things... and I'm one displeased BB player! :)

You forget about arena expansions:) It consumes a lot of money too.

Money is just a bunch of numbers which covers a time span between selling and buying stuff.

If we all would make 10 million a week, you could sell your player for 400 million, but you could still only buy 1 topclass player because his price is 400 million as well. It's useless to say we just need more money because the price of players will increase then. Your rate of return is the same at the transferlist.

This will make the salaries and scouting and expanding the arena very cheap, but that wouldn't make any difference, since you can't use the money at the transferlist as well.

It's up to you what you pay for scouting, I haven't paid my scouts a single dollar for 3 seasons already, since I'm still at the top 2 of the league, without being able to promote. So it's useless for me to pay them, if you think you pay more money than your scouted player would be worth, then you should stop putting money into the scouting as well.

I'd just add (to Ozzy) that basically you can choose how much you want to pay your staff/players. You can't have the very best players and the very best staff, which forces you to make compromises. Some of us would call that managing your team. The ability to use your resources compared to your rival managers will in the end determine your success.

You don't understand me! I'm not talking about 10 millions per week! I'm talking about 2 millions for whole season! Is that unrealistic?!


I play top league 3 seasons. I reach my Season Ticket Holders limit, and every next season I will receive less and less fans!
Fans and tickets were my main profit!!!!

Last few seasons I have some experiment with Ticket Holders, and check those few teams:

and the most interesting team who win the league and who were in national tournament final (also played BBB):

He receive only 2 new season ticket holders!

When you play top level league your improvement is very reduced!

Yes, I wanna my team to be the best and to win first league one day, and for that I need to buy one excellent player! For one such player I need to collecting money 3 seasons. -> Is that real?

That is not 10 millions per week. That is just 3 millions per 3 seasons if I do not spend any cent!

What if you have some NT player and if you wanna the best for your NT team?
Or...(my case) what if you really like those players, and if they have some special place in my heart? (because I have them from beginning)
Should I then sell them, and to buy some cheaper?
Or... should I stop training and improving them? :)

The STH number is a snapshot of where it is at the beginning of the season.

It varies from week to week and plays a role in attendance.

It is not one fixed number for the whole season.

So basically you are whining because you promoted 2 years in a row. Kept yourself in the highest league in your country the year after that, then got into the playoffs and now want the title? To me it seems that you are going to be the 5-th team on your side. So what exactly changed from the last year? It seems that the other managers have done a better job. So instead of pointing fingers at the economy system (which is the same for all of your league members), ask yourself what have they done better and what have you done worse...
If you are keen on training your NT players (don't get me wrong it's great what you do for your NT) your team as a whole will be weaker -> you will keep losing against stronger balanced team.
