For a 10k salary player that created a mismatch with his JS, he must have had some ID also to defend against 18 IS and keep him below .500. My guy only has 7 OD, but I can assure you the mismatch should still be in my favour.

Actually, it was inverted - his PF was guarded by Perriwinkle's C (far as I see in play-by-play).
When I say "mismatch", I think about scoring 25 pts from 14 shots - 15 of them were scored from 3s, so ID couldn't help much here. 5/8 from non-3 FG is at best a decent percentage, so it's not like ID didn't matter.

5/8 is a better percentage than 8/16. We've already established my guy had the overwhelming inside advantage. It didn't matter in the slightest.

And while we are talking about mismatches, my guard with 19 js and 14 jr went 1/9 outside being guarded by a 12k salary player.

No, only once. The first game was unfortunate though not as unlikely to go against you as you might think. The second game was a deserved loss; you blew the GDP call and they were simply better.
