Not sure if this has been mentioned....but I got a Shot Block pop today for training pressure on a PG. Been training that for several season now and this is the first time shot block has popped.

That is probably cross trainning, but it shouldn't come as a surpise because is a defensive skill.

According to your league and economics, level 4 should do good, but you should be patient to get ine with the lowest salary possible.

Once you get him, try to train 1 or 2 position, never team trainning. Now, train ft or stamina, it doesn't matter the level of the trainer in this case...

Hello,
unfortunately I didn't find the right topic so I'll just drop this here:

Weekly salary: $ 29 487
Role: rotation player
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 485300
Age: 21
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: allstar
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: atrocious Handling: inept
Driving: atrocious Passing: awful
Inside Shot: tremendous Inside Def.: tremendous
Rebounding: wondrous Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: awful Free Throw: inept

Experience: pitiful

Is it possible he's capped? Hasn't popped in 3 weeks, I've trained him in IS only for that period.
Thanks!

He coud be capped if he has very very low sublevel of potential, which is most unfortunate for you. 21y old and 213 cm, no negative elastic effect? IS shouldn't take more than two weeks to pop, so I'd say try it one more week and if IS still doesn't pop, he is capped for sure. Also if IS pops in 4th week, it could be that he is still capped, but you trained him over his potential. If he'd be my trainee, I wouldn't waste my time on him anymore. Btw, he will have around 43k salary next year.

One really interesting thing I saw that I hadn't heard reported before... This week I team trained stamina. A 22 year old PG recieved a pop in inside defense. Was really surprised to see this! Has anybody else witnessed this? Here are his dominant new skills :)
