Might as well just sell him already, there are a lot of centers in the TL, and those get out for low prices, but the good ones (with secondaries) have way higher salary. If he wants to make more money he has to train secondaries.

I would train him with mixed training, not just OD. Something like this... PAS to 2, JR 6, PAS 3, JR 7, JS 8, JR 8, OD 10, JS 9, JR 9, PAS 4... That's 10 pop ups and he would look like this:

Jump Shot: 9 Jump Range: 9
Outside Def.: 10 Handling: 5
Driving: 7 Passing: 4
Inside Shot: 4 Inside Def.: 4
Rebounding: 5 Shot Blocking: 7
Stamina: 4 Free Throw: 8

And his salary would be only around 12 000$.

but i want to have player for u21 and NT so if only like that maybe my player can't joint at u21 but what is the best train for him ?

Next season i need to train Passing on my other 2 mains 21 years old Guys.

So my question is
Do i train passing for this pep or should i sell him and let someone else train him better because i think he as the potential to be U21 in 2 seasons.

If i train passing he will lack other important stats for the u21 team for sure.

What do you guys think ?

Not sure if im breaking laws of the forum here lol

Depends on what your plans for him are. If you want to make him a PG, more passing won't hurt. As an SG, he'llneedd to focus on his JR first. So if you're ok with him as a PG, you can train passing quite a bit; his handling and driving might rise, too. After that, you'd need to train his OD, JS and JR quite some time, though.
