There are difference between:
1) We want to play our matches without any agreements
2) We want every matches to be played withou agreements
You can do yourselves 1), but if you really want 2) you have to go to suggestion forum brings some ideas and lobby for them. Even NT coaches forum is not the right place for lobby as BB-staff don't read this forum so often and suggestions belong to suggestion forum and not to that one.

Alternative 2 is my option. The only reasonable alternative in my opinion.

I made this suggestion long time ago in Suggestion forum after first posting it in the national team forum. BBs owner said an absolutely no to it. As it has been dismissed once. I have no interest in suggesting it again as I think my chances of getting a change now is extremely small.

I still want my suggestion to be within the rules but there are no signs of it to ever happen.

I will still refuse any TIE deals and that was what your accusation was all about.

i would hope that people do not cheat. I would like deals to be forbidden. And if people are so desperate for a win in an internet game, they even go out of their way to cheat, i feel sorry for them and also hope they will be banned if it is discovered.

That's a problem. Actually it's not cheating by the rules, you just consider it like a cheating in your mind. And there are others managers that have another opinion, some others with same opinion but still it's not cheating.

We talk about 2 different topics:
1) do the best within current rules - it means with allowed deals and I can't see any reason why in general not to use deals
2) change of rules - I'm opened to discussion about the possible changes, I have no problem to adapt to any rules. But I'll support just changes which are not based on persecution of some users for doing something. So mainly it could be based on enthusiasm or effort system changes. But maybe someone can bring another great idea based on something else.

I can't comment Hattrick affairs I don't know how it was going before deals.

Our poor season 16 was due to some different reasons.
1) I screwed enthusiasm with a normal vs Spain. I think that is only time I forgot to chose TIE in a lost game.
2) We had a very weak team and lost to a strong Azerbadjan team. Their team was stronger than ours despite more users for us.
3) We lost to Norway as I tried to save enthusiasm and beat Bellarus. Might have won else.
4) Our team was nowhere near Belarus in strength. Poor gamble to try to beat Belarus.

I have always been straightforward. I have always said that I am not interested in putting a lot of time and effort in scouting. I have been very ambitious in tracking best available players but until last season have I only very sparsely been contacting the teams managers. I have been following players skills and player salaries but only information about players chances of a spot in U21 has been through temporar place in U21 to track skills at start of season.

Last season I contacted all managers with a good 18 year old draft and gave them training advices. Only one mail unless they mailed back with questions. This season I have only contacted managers of some of the more interesting players. Quite few. I had never contacted managers of 18 year old players before that and very few with players selected for the final U21 squad.

None in our community has given any kind of interest in steering the U21 team since first election I won. I have been willing to offer some time but not much for the job. I have always responded to mails from managers about U21 players but not much more than that besides selecting a team and tactic.

With this in background there might be some space for some more generosity from you or? None in our community is willing to set up a team of a very ambitious manager and some assistants for scouting and contact with teams. Can that be so hard to buy?

I think that your behaviour in this thread is not ok. I think that you can't come here and think that we should run our U21 better than we do because it is so important for you and your community.

Before you entered this thread we had totally 8 posts for this season. Might have given you a sign of the interest for the team or?

And I agree that those that dismiss me as a coach maybe should instead give it a try to be the manager themselves. Had there been someone giving their interest in taking over responsibilities chance is very high that I would have stepped down.

Just accept that we do our best in line with our morale. It is allowed with TIE deals but we will rather have a crap U21 team than using them. That is our decision. We want the rules to be changed. Had we believed it was possible at least I would have started a thread in suggestion thread again. Chances of such thread to win is so limited that I can't find motivation to do so.

We are not in a circle as we think that it should be considering cheating at the same time as we know that it is allowed.

I think this your message explains a lot of things. Mainly building strong U21 without good scouting looks impossible for me.

And another comment as you still didn't understand why I came so rude to your forum. It wasn't because you refuse the offer of our U21 manager. It was because of this message (200773.8) as you didn't described right was you were offered. Without this message I wouldn't have come.

And as I described before I have no problem with some changes in rules. Especially if it means more teams should be competitive (but especially in U21 competitions deals are in my eyes advantage for smaller countries and help him to compete). But noone can't expect me to stop playing on agreements within current rules.

I know its not cheating by the current rules... i havent discussed current rules more then i said we respect those who use TIE-deals :)
I was trying to discuss my point of view and how it could be if BB indeed make deals illegal.

The only TIE I use, is the one for X-mas! It´s got Snowflakes on it. Snowflakes are unique, no one alike. Just like the wills of all people (unless you are a Scientologist).

It was quite obvious in my response that I refused any kind of deal. I had absolutely no idea that there are TIE vs Normal deals which is why I assumed that suggestion was TIE vs TIE deal. Previous offers I have had has always been TIE vs TIE offers. I have always dismissed them straight away instead of ignoring the mails.

Maybe it is hard for you to understand that the option TIE vs Normal is not thought of from me and probably some other managers as well that refuse to agree TIE deals.

Because of lack of knowledge in something that I am totally uninterested in and totally against I made a mistake in my phrasing. I don't really see that I should apologize for that as apologizing for lack of knowledge seems a little unfair when the ambition in the message was unclear.

But if you sleep better at nights I can apologize for both not considering the for me unknown alternative TIE vs Normal in BB-mail from your U21 manager and also for mistakenly spelling your name rwstark. I have never had as intention to misspell your name. Believe it or not. It is your decision what you like to believe in.

Tyckte in min egen Sahltorp dög att träna. Sålde han förra veckan och fick 18000. Nu har stjärnan som köpte han lagt ut han till försäljning för 250000 ...

Hoppas verkligen att ingen är dum nog att betala mer än de 18000 som han köptes för innan han fått rejält med träning.
