I think we're pretty much screwed. We need either Misr or Ceska to lose their next 2 matches and we need to win 1 to be put into the next round.

lol I don't know that Leeroy's that desperate, Mickyster. Btw, like your logo

Of course I can only go by what I see without seeing his stats but I would think he's still 2 seasons away, a season at best. Good luck though.

He is two pops off all levels listed for inclusion as a PF. But of course he will not be in yet.

Nice work, mate. Just remember it is also a bit of a guide. Especially if the cohort are exceptional. If your boy is ready for next season as a 20 yr old (which looks likely) it will depend on how good the available 21 yr olds are. My boy Dogan scraped through as a 20 yr old on account of Iwen blooding a few in prep for the next season (didn't help my guy as he just wasn't ready). If your boy isn't chosen outright next season Leeroy might bring him in when the season's over in prep for his 21st yr. However, by the sounds of it your boy might get an early call up.

Good luck mate.

Thanks.
Yeh He has come along very well. Had a few runs of weekly pops where he should of had 2 in 3 weeks he was getting 4 in 5 for some reason. Whatever happens is good. I am mainly training him for my purpose. Making 21s will be a bonus. Leeroy said if he gets 7 more pops this season he is likely to be included next season. Had 2 of those since then.

Well a tough loss against Hungary pretty much knocks us out of the world series. Continued crappy game shape from our bigs made my job a lot harder and forced us to rely on our Guards in a Look Inside dominated game. Burbery played well until the last second where he threw our hopes and dreams away with the ball Just kiddin'

4 0:00 102 — 100 D. Burbery (H) threw the ball away.

Anyway, I'm going to be calling up the 20yo players today so they can get some experience in time for next season.

I'm sure not only yourself but everyone who has an interest in the Australian U21 NT will be really disappointed with this seasons results. Especially after last years success that you and the team had experienced.

IMO gameshape surely can't be the be all and end all (even though it is important). So can't blame everything on that. I'm all for change next season, whether it's players or whatever...

Good idea about giving the 'future' some experience now though.

Exact same thing happened last term with Iwen. Great team for the Asian Championships, lack-luster team for the World Championships. Seems like a bit of a trend, Game Shape paired with a bad draw has a pretty huge effect. If our order had been slightly different we would have had 2 wins with decent enthusiasm coming into our last match, unfortunately the 2 teams we had the best chance of beating we had in the first and third game. This meant we had to conserve enthusiasm and look for a different team to beat, Hungary was that team, unfortunately they got the better of us down the line which means its over for us this season.

Thank you to all the managers who participated in this season, mostly the ones who kept their players on good Game Shape
