Except...that's my point bro, not arguing otherwise. And even if it was 100% free, they still have the responsibility to maintain it. Otherwise what's the point of creating this game if you don't expect people to play it.

First and foremost, i honour the work, time and efforts of all our volunteers, past and present.
You guys are and have been the heart, soul and driving force of this game.

Secondly, my only issue was NOT the delay in fixing the bug but NOT acknowledging the bug reports themselves, hours after the problem occurred and was reported.

It's my fault the communication has been sparse. Last Friday I was not online when the delays happened and when I got back to address it, it was already a couple hours late, so I tried to figure out what happened. Training seems to be affected by other processes that ran longer than expected or got stuck at some point. Every time I notice that, I make changes to try and prevent it but there always seems to be another culprit that emerges. Of course, I made some chages last Friday and it seems like it helped a bit.
