Funny thing is how i found out IS might be as important as JS or JR in patient, when i was playing reverse patient exlusively with like 18JS 15JR guy at PF at div II while training at C guys with like 16JS 9JR 18DR 16-19IS.
And they (at C) were way, way more efficient than that shooter. And they were, and still are way more efficient playing patient or even princeton compared to playing inside tactics.

But why patient is so extemelly dominant in regular leagues and very weak (with some exceptions) is mostly the case most managers play like 130 tsp at guards and 100tsp trees as bigs. So exploiting in any tactic weak PF and C's is the most efficient way to go. PF gets basicly pummelled with any tactic and you often see efficiency distribution in the average league something like:
PG 0,8
SG 0,85
SF 0,9
PF 1,1
C 1,05
Patient is soo easy to defend with atleast some decent enough OD, like in Belgium example over Lithuania

Or the most recent France vs Poland
(65128)It is not the tactics being dominant, it is just weak builds (no OD on bigs) being exploited.
