Guys, thanks for the feedback, really appreciate it.

@tough: nothing wrong, but in my situation (like Tangosz said) i really need the RB A.S.A.P. the main reason i keep losing to close rivals is fewer rebounds (i cant hold my boards and i rarely crash theirs)

@Tangosz: Yes, the PA is terrible but it is quite hard to look for trainees w/ atleast mediocre subskills when youre on a budget.
I was in a tight spot when i bought them. But yeah, theyre gonna be good anyway. Im thinking 14/14/14 and then maybe IS 18 if the cap allows them to.

Although there are things not to like, for example several atrocious skills, the potential or the fact that it's already past mid-season and the skills are still fairly low.. I think that you can make a decent D4 player out of him, maybe even more. The cap is quite low though so be careful with PA & JR.

I think you should definately concentrate on OD in the first year of training, maybe throw in an occasional JS or two but try to get his OD to a point that you dont have to improve it later. I'm thinking 12-13 but suit yourself.. then after that do what you like, depends what kind of player do you need.. scorer/penetrator/distributor etc.

Right now I am training some IS. I am looking forward to be able to have these two as starter/backup in my league. Question: If I want to keep salaries reasonable, should I pump primaries until they turn 22?

I did draft them, and in the future, I will probably get their PA up 2 levels. 1v1 is also an option, but I will just cross that bridge when I come to it.

It's much, much easier to justify playing a big man at PG for training when he's making under 10k per week. I shudder at the thought of lining up 50k+ centers as point guards to try to lift their passing from godawful to merely unacceptable. And of course so do most people, which is why guys like this end up being the ugly three-skill donkeys that litter up the transfer list.
