Aussie's C fouling out, and them losing on the boards as well as assists seemed to be the deciding factors IMO. In a tight game the devil is in the details.

Aussie deserves to bleed for that RB rating anyway. God slave the queen.

@Wolph The C fouled out at 36 mins, so they started hacking at the start of the 4th? I like to get my guys hacking from the opening tip.

Japan's top fouler had 4. Were they playing with a "4 foul limit" handicap? This wimpy USA league I play in usually gives us 6. Looks like those copycatting Aussies do the same.

It's news to me that LI tells your frontcourt to crash the boards. Where can I find further info on this? They seemed to have left it out of the manual I printed out and sleep with every night. I'm starting to suspect that there was a secret Japanese version of the manual developed in a secret base at the end of WWII by the Axis powers so that they're great grandchildren would come to dominate the world through online strategy games and buxom anime characters.

That's taking nothing away from Japan's win. Aussie, however, doesn't look like they're built to do much more than shoot outside. So I'm not able to cosign that LI would have made the difference though it may be the secret sauce that gives Lebron a 4th quarter or at least the cahones to take a game winning shot.....even in internationally televised exhibition games.

Aus gets a PF with more OD and increases their ID/RB by picking up Dwight Howard with a guaranteed extension then I'm thinking they TIE for the W. Even running 2-3 with this busload of D-League rejects may have gotten it done but they really don't look tough defensively. Maybe their scouts will pick up some P-Allstar potential kangaroos in the next selection.

You really shouldn't pick on the GE. Sure it's old, funky, and uses a lot of CPU but so does half the Lakers' bench but Malice still posts about them. Ultimately NT games are worth their weight in gold. (yawn)

You can't analyze a NT match just by looking the ratings...

Just saying this GE is a joke.

I thought a lot how to beat Look inside and what kind of players do you need in order to play different tactics. I still think it's not GE's fault, but player's "fault" if I can say that. BB's gave us a choice and it's up to us with what to play, isn't it?

I guess for any offense to work, you need specialized players. If you want to play LI, your bigs need IS - a lot of it. But in order for your big to be able to play LI and defend LI, you need also a lot of RB, a lot of ID and some SB. So what do you get? Probably a Jerry Wiszniewski And then everybody complain how it is impossible to have a roster of 1.5 million...

By that logic, it's inadvasible to have bigs to play and defend LI. Isn't then better to have a team where offense and defense aren't both inside (or both outside)? What if you build two bigs for PF and C with 20 ID, 18 RB, 15 SB and 12 IS? They wouldn't score a lot, but that's why you don't run LI

We also know that the best defensive tactic against LI is not ID on your bigs, but OD on your back court to prevent passes in the first place. Because once his PG/SG makes a good pass to his big, it's very hard to stop the attack without foul.
And we also know PA is undertrained. You'd say: if someone makes a PG and SG with PA=20, then LI will be even more unstoppable! But do you know how expensive would that team be? A PG with no shooting capabilities and OD20, PA20 has 300k+ salary. So...

PG: 300k
SG: 300k
SF: 150k
PF: 300K
C: 400k

So 1.150.000 just for starting five...I don't think there's a lot of teams that can afford this even for one season.

Bottom line: Build your players according to one or mostly two tactics you will play. I don't understand teams that want to be able to play 4-5 different tactics just by moving their players between positions. Players need to be SPECIALIZED! We've all seen what do players need for LI in order to work. But we haven't tried anything else and we are calling GE a joke??

i have a serious question for u..if u really thinkin the GE prefer LI that much why u did not adapt it and show every one how bad it is?!?

u playin in a small country with less competition like in the big ones / u r first division / u have the tools for building a great Look Inside team / u have the tools for building a great Motion or whatever team etc pp

u talkin that much about the engine and how its workin BUT ur team is still as wack as 3 or 4 seasons ago...if u as smart as u thinkin why did ur club isnt a mirror of ur forum statements?????

i know there r many goals for user for playing that game and only less user playin for winning titels but dude whats ur goal?? posting the shit out of every thread that cant hide??

i really dont get it??


btw: im startin in season 13, after sold every player with the goal winning titels in germany..im building a fine LI team that won two titels and showing last season in b3 that is one of the best twenty teams in the small bb world..now im bored a little bit, my team is old and im trying too change it from a pure Li team to a Motion team..maybe i will messin up, maybe it will workin but thats not the point..the road to the goal is my fun!!
