Next season i need to train Passing on my other 2 mains 21 years old Guys.

So my question is
Do i train passing for this pep or should i sell him and let someone else train him better because i think he as the potential to be U21 in 2 seasons.

If i train passing he will lack other important stats for the u21 team for sure.

What do you guys think ?

Not sure if im breaking laws of the forum here lol

Depends on what your plans for him are. If you want to make him a PG, more passing won't hurt. As an SG, he'llneedd to focus on his JR first. So if you're ok with him as a PG, you can train passing quite a bit; his handling and driving might rise, too. After that, you'd need to train his OD, JS and JR quite some time, though.

Jesus. I never said you can't continue to train him. This was a sample plan.

he has the potential to become a great PF. If you need to save some salary for now, train his Driving and JS for now. You can pull up his main skills into the marvelous+ rank later once you can afford it. Some Passing and OD training (about 3-4 pops each) wouldn't hurt either in case you want to make him really well rounded. If so, start by training those two skills on him (playing him in scrimmages for 48 minutes on a guard position will be necessary for this though... and it will take an entire season).

If I had to do a training plan for him it'd look something like this:

this season (19): 1on1 for forwards, until you're out of the playoffs. Then FTs.

next season (20): Passing and OD for PGs, until each has popped 3 times at least. If you finish that before the season ends, just go on training these two skills. FTs in the offseason.

the season after (21): rotate between JS for Forwards and Rebounding for PF/C. Some 1on1 might help, too. Stamina in the offseason.

From then on (22+): train his IS and ID at the C position as much as you like. Rebounding and Stamina in the offseason.

his Rebounding is low for a Center, but his OD is so low and he is so tall he'll be pretty much forced to play that position on defense. Train his Rebounding until it reaches respectable, then start rotating his Rebounding, Inside Shot and Inside Defense.

His passing is quite nice, though, and his Jump Shot can be developed too. I'd suggest training those skills a little, too. Your priority should be put on his Rebounding for at least half a season, though.

It would benefit both if you hit OD hard, and maybe got each 2-3 pops.
