Here's my main trainee, thoughts?

Weekly salary: $ 8 379
DMI: 114300
Age: 19
Height: 6'10" / 208 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Driving: respectable Passing: inept
Inside Shot: prolific ↑ Inside Def.: prolific

Can anybody direct me to somewhere I can find out how much his salary is going to rise to next season?

not much, certainly less than 20k. Once you start popping skills to 13+ it gets expensive.

He could be a good PF, although the stamina is irritating, who ends up like this...

Jump Shot: Sensational Jump Range: Proficient
Outside Def.: Average Handling: Respectable
Driving: Prolific Passing: Average
Inside Shot: Sensational Inside Def.: Sensational
Rebounding:Wondrous Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: Mediocre Free Throw: Average

Not a great PF, but a good one...

I wouldn't bother training passing in my opinion. It is on atrocious and would take forever to get up to a useful level.

I would even consider skipping JS for now as well. It is on pitiful which means you need 5 pops to get it to respectable. Assuming 2 weeks per pop that is 10 weeks of training to just get it to respectable. I think you are much better of spending those 10 weeks on a bit of one on one training and concetrating on the inside skills.
I would consider raising OD to Strong. I know it will be slow, but 1 pop should only take a few weeks and I think adds a lot of value to the player.

Rebounding: awful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: respectable

My Center had atrocious passing and it only took 6 weeks to get it to mediocre. He's now averaging 3 assists a game, while before that he had 0.1 apg. Since passing training isn't influenced by height and the training is quicker when that particular skill his worse than the others, I think that it would be worth giving passing training, even if it's at an atrocious level
