What about adding sponsor deals for in your stadium? Just like in the real stadiums in real life

and adding at the transferlist search, a minimum amount of skill points a player should have

Can't stamina training be a percentage of your weekly training? Train stamina from 0% till 100% and the remaining % to skills?

Transfer market - it would be much better if the bids of final 24 hours would be "blind":
1) It would give everyone in every time zone an equal chance
2) It would essentially eliminate bid-wars - therefore the offers would reflect true market value

Lineup checkmark

In the schedule page, after you have set your lineup, a red checkmark will be beside the "set lineup" text.

Would it be possible to have the same red checkmark beside the "set your lineup!" text in the top right box on most pages on the site?

Beside rank in the listings, how about cumulated points so you know how close you are to catching the guy in front. Why the mystery here?

I know this has been suggested too many times,but a smart phone application where we could see the match live would really help,and one more suggestion could be an MVP of every match in the result screen....

Adding to the tactics, foul or no foul at the end of games if close. A simple "Yes" or "No" or "Coach decide" will do.
Be able to change tactics in mid-games if certain criterias are fullfilled, like:
Change to Patient and 2-3-zon IF team IS LEADING by 20+ AFTER 3Q.
You set these tactics prior to the game. Only one or two criterias can be set and only change between Quarters (when coach have a few minutes to give new directives to players).

Showing teamstatistics (FG%, 3pt%, FT%) in live-games(and boxscore) is a great idea. Why not add "Points in the paint", "Points of turnovers"(could be tricky to program), Total Rebounds, Turnovers, Steals and Blocks to the stats. "Time of possession" perhaps?

Great, great stuff. I'd also add that I'd like to see "second chance points" for points scored on possessions that were extended by an offensive board.

I believe that might be impossible in the current game engine. I was reading a post about box and one defenses. It appears that the strongest defender is chosen to guard opposing best scorer. Anyway, the player is not actually chose, his position is chosen. So his backup will continue playing his role.

So, the game engine can't even calculate the best defender after substitutions, it has to stick with the premade one , so I conclude that tactics work in some similar way, and that's why it's impossible to change tactics during match.

this is a recent summary of ideas that have been put forward;


There is a lot to like about this game and I think overall the owners of the game have done a good job.

Recent innovations such as bid history and achievements I believe have been good and show to me that the owners of the game have not abandoned it.

If I was to summarise the posts in this thread it would read;

Tanking is too rewarding (yes i tanked this season and made about 3 and a half mill), needs fixing
LI has been too dominant for too long, needs fixing
Apps need to be created to help promote the game
Supporters to be allowed to have a second team in another country (not sure that I agree)
More encouragement to get Managers to train players (so they get attached)
Quality control feedback system via Survey Monkey or the like
New Managers to start in lowest possible grade
An additional cup tournament that is run on a divisional level with possibility of regions of several smaller nations being created for this idea
More help for new Managers (some talk of increased mentoring)

Some have suggested and many have argued against

Speeding up the game and training (Im oppossed to this myself)

Additional ideas of mine

With regards to help for new Managers, what about a pop up message with a suggestion each time they log in?

If the owners of the game are short of time, money or enthusiam, why dont they float an expression of interest on the site for a current Manager playing the game, to buy a part ownership of the game?

Potential investors would have to be checked out in real life and it might be a criteria that they have programming skills.

Another idea of mine is to have annual awards for each country.

Could be done either via voting of Team Managers or via data on the system based on team performance

Categories could include;

Best new Managers (less than 4 seasons or one calender year)
Best long term Manager (been in game longer than 3 calender years)
Best trainee under 21 & under 24
Most active member
