If you think any manager will pay for site which be broken for week in every 4 months with same reason, you are sadly mistaken.

Since that is not even close to the truth, I have no idea what you are referring to.

I had a look for example at Sharman Globetrotters today's game and it looks like his attendance is quite ok.

But it still doesn't mean that Saturday recalculation is ok and maybe some teams should get money back. (2 of them are my best rivals in Czech rep., but I don't want to enlarge gap between us.)
I suggest following:
Do simulation of calculation by code you used for last fixing of Saturday's game for example for team Flumpaci:
1) calculation for present stadium and all other inputs as it's for this team (fan survey, ticket prices, opponent, season ticket holders etc.)
2) then calculate for stadium which has 2000 bleachers lower (so number of seats would be 16000, 1800, 450, 20, total capacity 18270), all other inputs as in example 1)

If there is random factor in formula, repeat simulation for example 10-times for each example to lower random factor.
Than compare results (or average results) for both examples.
If results for example 2) are higher than results for example 1) then probably last fixing wouldn't be ok.

i've looked into your specific case, your fans are not that happy and your prices are high, and so your attendance isn't amazing. So I think if those two inputs are correct, you got the right number of fans showing up. If there is a problem then, its because your fan survey is messed up, or you changed your prices to start this season.

there might be a bug with the fan survey, but that would be a different bug and so you need to make a case to me that your fan survey has changed in a way that doesn't make sense.

i've also looked into your case, and your fans are really really unhappy. I don't know whether that is justified or not, but the attendance formula is working as designed in your case... meaning given how happy your fans are, what team you are playing, what your prices are etc.. the right number of people are showing up. If there is a bug with you its that the fans should be happier than they are, which is a separate issue...

in other words, with the correct formula in there for todays games, i suspect that you will get a similar number of people showing up.

so i've discovered that your formula doesn't make sense, i've found a loophole that your team was falling through in my fix code. I've rerun the code and you should now have ~16K. This probably boosted revenues for a subset of the teams affected (there are 205 total teams affected by this bug.. the original bug)

Did you rerun formula for all affected team again today?
Because my Saturday's attendance still doesn't look to be correct (as rwystyrk mentioned few hours ago).
