I started with a crappy team in the ABBL, does that count?

my comment was in no way meant to mock you or have a go at you , your passion for the game is clear and a great quality .

the reason i asked the questions was to get an understanding of how well you know this game , as this game is far from actually basketball.

for example here 2-3 zone is basically broken - it doesnt stop inside attacks well at all and leaves everyone open for mid range jumpers and treys . here in buzzer beater OD is so strong that running a 3-2 in most cases will be more effective then running a 2-3 against an inside focused team.

as for your trainees i assume iwen has explained to you here in buzzer beater if you want to train effectively you can only train bigs or smalls not both (training small forwards being the exception)

and to get the most out of your trainees you must do one position training , and that each player needs 48 mins in the position of the skill your training. meaning only 3 of your players get training each week.

the same three will get trained all season , the other players on your team will not improve at all , so if there young n have potential they just go to waste . thus its better to sell those players and buy 23+ year olds to fill your non trainee spots realitive to the strength of your league.

gameshape your spot on but do you understand how to set a line up to accomplish this ? also d you know how to set up a line up to manage your trainees mins correctly to make sure there getting 48 mins per game ?

shotblocking is consider by most the worse skill in the game and a complete waste to have , even a few small levels of sb can cost you lots of salary room in tthe bigger leagues .

cross training is a new feature where ten% of your trainees efforts in training gets placed to a random skill .
as for elastics im sure iwen will know lots about this , but basically its about training certain skills up to a point so that a related skill gets a large speed burst in training effectively causing him to pop faster then normal.

i respect the honesty and forwardness you have displayed since coming forward and believe you will be one to watch for the future.
