In fact, I doubt you will get back as much as you paid for him. Better to train him as you'd like and keep him when you get to the IPBL.

As BBall_king said, you only need an advanced trainer with salary less than 15k. So just fire your current coach right away.

And I think you should just carry on with the training. He's got great stills for his age, and he has a bright future with the right training.

I am trying to find a Indian player but I dont have enough to buy the one I want, I promise if I cant get one today I will get one Next season. But other then that I will train my current player and change trainers RIGHT THIS MINUTE Thank You Guys I Appreciate It Sooo Much

You don't have to hurry. It's better to take your time and find a good young trainee with high potential, rather than getting a random useless one.
I hope your doctors and PR manager have low salary too? I'd advice to you get a competent doctor, and the same for the PR manager (or even a basic PR manager would do) (I have a competent doctor, a superior trainer and a basic PR manager).

Make sure you invest in your arena. It's the main source of income and it's VERY crucial to keep on expanding it.

Only the champion of the Indian Tournament and the champion of the Top league in India, IPBL, can participate in B3.
