Yeah cheers, ive worked that out. But think id like to keep and train him. Question im asking is how, as a big, or start hitting his guard skills? Can he survive as a big with that height? This is the bit i dont understand about height, is it really important, or not?

Training big man skills skills will be slow at that height. His guard skills are pretty bad at the moment as well. The MVP potential is nice but all in all if he was my draft pick i would probably sell.

abigfishy is correst, that rookie is worth heaps!

if your new and dont really know how to train, then yeah i'd sell and use the money to buy players to promote quickly.

but if you want to get in on the action now and start looking in the long term then i'd train him... cos once you are done training him, he'll be a real stud at the age of 26.

i would spend the first 2 or even 3 seasons training ID, IS and Reb (all big man skills). then spend the rest of his years rounding off his guard skills.. esp OD.

follow the second path and you'll be very happy.. or u can just get the 1mil now and instantly promote to div2.

Lol loops you are so naive. Leeroy had spent over 2mil and couldnt promote. Multiple teams on my old div have multiplemilluons and haven't promoted yet. I spent over 1.5 mil on a few occasions and couldn't promote.

1 mil is not guaranteed to get you to div 2. In fact I think you are lucky to promote only spending 1 mil

2 mill on purchases alone, let's not forget the salary I was paying each week. probably close to 3+ after it was all said and done. I've got my 19 year old HoF and MVP trainees now so it'll all be fine ^.^

interesting... 2 opposing opinions as to what to do there. Id like to train him, just because i prob wont get another 5 ball/5ball player for years. All be it he is a tough one, i might try and follow the training schedule you suggested, and see how is goes. Thanks for the advice. Feel free to PM me if you can help anymore! Thanks

Interesting that others seem so excited about him. Hard to see what position he would be trained as.

PG/SG- He has poor outside skills especially his JS/JR
SF- Possibly but again no JS/JR
PF- Maybe, inside skills will be slowish because of height but guards skills will train fast.
C- Height an issue for training mainly big man skills.
